About the Role:

As an Intake Specialist you will operate on the front lines of our core service offerings. You will be responsible for reviewing and confirming data accuracy in clinician profiles before our licensing and payor enrollment teams can begin work on their behalf. Your work sets up our licensing and payor enrollment teams for success and is critical to creating a seamless onboarding experience for clinicians.

Compensation for this role is between $20-$25 per hour depending on location and level.


Responsibilities:

  • Review & audit file for completeness and accuracy based on requirements outlined for Licensing and/or Enrollment. To include: Data Entry & Audit of Medallion clinician profiles
  • Verify accuracy of all personal and demographic data
  • Verify Documentation is current, legible and correct
  • Utilize State Board and DEA websites to verify and obtain license information
  • Review Education, Exam and Work History for accuracy and completeness
  • FCVS Profiles - Review and/or completion
  • Ensure timely completion based on workload
  • CAQH Profile - Review and/or completion
  • NPPES - Review for accuracy
  • Completes and maintains accurate intake/checklist documents and requirements for each provider type
  • Communicate with providers to assist in profile completion, working tasks and requesting missing information. Respond to correspondence & inquiries from clients.
  • Coordinates with Intake Manager to escalate files with Customer Success that are stagnant
  • Communicates with Licensing and Payor Enrollment to verify requirements and resolve provider issues or questions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and duties simultaneously as well as independent problem solving.
  • Adhere to Medallion internal SLAs

Skills and Requirements:

  • 1+ year of full-time experience in healthcare, specifically focused on licensing, credentialing, and/or enrollments
  • Proficient with Excel
  • High attention to detail including effective communications at all organizational levels
  • Expertise in using GSuites tools include GSheets, GDocs, and GMail.
  • Technically savvy and a quick learner of new software
  • Must be an organized "self-starter" requiring little supervision in order to focus and accomplish tasks
  • Experience working at a tech company is a bonus
  • Must be able to work cohesively in a team oriented environment and be able to foster good working relationships with others both within and outside the organization
